These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Squoze (“Squoze,” “we,” “us”) at squoze.io (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
The Service
Squoze measures how often AI assistants (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity) mention, cite, and recommend a business across a set of prompts, scores that visibility, diagnoses gaps, and helps you generate and publish improvements.
Accounts
You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be at least 16 years old. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
Acceptable use
- Only track domains and brands you own or are authorized to analyze.
- Don't use the Service to break the law, infringe rights, or violate AI providers' terms.
- Don't abuse, overload, reverse-engineer, or attempt to circumvent rate limits, plan limits, or security controls.
Measurement disclaimer
Squoze reports estimates, not guarantees. AI answers vary by model, date, location, personalization, and browsing mode, and they change over time. We measure against the prompt set and providers you configure and track trends — we do not guarantee any particular ranking, mention, placement, or outcome in any AI system, and applying our recommendations does not guarantee improved results.
Plans & billing
Squoze offers free and paid plans. Paid plans, when active, are billed in advance through our payment processor on a recurring basis until cancelled. Plan limits (such as monthly scan quotas and available providers) apply as described in the app. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Your content & generated assets
You retain ownership of the data you submit and of the improvement assets Squoze generates for you (such as answer pages, FAQ schema, and llms.txt files); you are responsible for reviewing them before publishing. You grant us the limited rights needed to process your data and operate the Service. The Squoze platform, software, and brand remain our property.
Third-party services
The Service relies on third parties (AI providers, hosting, email, and optional GitHub integration). Your use of those features is also subject to the relevant third party's terms, and we are not responsible for their acts or omissions.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Squoze will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Termination
You may stop using and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, by notice in the app. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Squoze is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
